- 2 cups chopped carrots;
- 1 cup half-and-half;
- 8 tbsp butter, melted;
- ½ cup flour.
First, pour three cups of chicken broth to the can cooker. Then put inside boneless chicken thighs, chopped onion, carrots and celery.
Close the can cooker with the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken once.
After that, remove chicken thighs from the can cooker and shred them with a fork into small pieces.
While you shred, add the remaining chicken broth to the can cooker and wait for the soup to boil.

- 4 boneless skinless thighs;
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast tenders;

- salt & pepper to taste;
- 10 oz water (approx).
