“The soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.” – Meditations by Marcus Aurelius
The Moment My Life Changed I stopped asking and I started thanking.
Thanking and be grateful For EVERYTHING, I mean everything.
The ugly and the beautiful (these words, they’re just qualifiers). In my opinion the violet that breaks the rocks is more beautiful than the roses in a flower shop.
Change your thoughts change your life. Change your thoughts change your life. Change your thoughts change your life.
Ugly has a bad rap. As does sad. As does broken.
I could watch the rain ruin my day or I could begin to see it through rain drop lenses; how it extenuates colors, makes the ordinary vibrant and explosive.
I begun to see the other side. The good in the bad. The lessons in the boring. The blessings (everywhere) in abundance.
My dictionary began to change. Can’t become won’t. Forgiveness became the real F word. Anger was one letter away from Danger.
Accept- Popped in every section on every page.
No accidents, certainly not everything is planned – by me, by them – not my plans (that I hold onto so tightly they sometimes burn), but there planned, they are in The Plan. The Universes plan, Gods plan, and every other powerful, mythical, 5 arm deity one can believe in.
I don’t think my being here is a coincidence, or that any meeting is random. Out of 7 Billion people today I dance with you. Coincidence? I think not.
