And he’s spot on, Sugarholics!!! Sugar – It’s EVERYWHERE and in EVERYTHING. We need to break free from the addiction that is sugar.

- White Sugar
- Ice Cream
- Canned Fruit, anything in a can.
- Juice – any beverage that provides calories
- Bread and Grains (including rice)
