I love to run back to these videos every once in a while. I love his passion and energy! It’s beautiful.

And he’s spot on, Sugarholics!!! Sugar – It’s EVERYWHERE and in EVERYTHING. We need to break free from the addiction that is sugar.

Accept his challenge – Go 5 days without any of these foods and watch yourself feel better instantly!

Try it … We can return, eventually, but it has to be a choice to eat these foods, more often than not we are slaves to needing more sugar, we have become dependent upon it.

5 Days, none of this: (I added some of my own)

  • White Sugar
  • Candy
  • Cake
  • Ice Cream
  • Jams
  • Jellies
  • Cookies
  • Pies
  • Canned Fruit, anything in a can.
  • Soda
  • Juice – any beverage that provides calories
  • Bread and Grains (including rice)
  • Alcohol
