Mindfulness Coaching For Artist

Mindfulness For Artist

I had always wanted to become a great artist but now I want to become a great human being. – Christopher Rivas

As a Storyteller – the word I use to encompass all the imagining, creating and He(Art) sharing I do – I know, understand and am so grateful for the importance of a mindfulness practice in my art. It’s the mindfulness that reminds me how important it is to be an artist. It’s the mindfulness that keeps me grounded with my intentions and purpose and responsibility as an artist.

Whatever your art is, whatever your practice, mindfulness will only make it sharper and clearer.  Set up a FREE first session below or contact me here.

We live in a world of chaos and we are managing it, knowing it, controlling it. Controlled chaos – it’s my favorite art, it lives in the unknown, like life, and yet it’s prepared and focused, like a life well lived; mindfulness keeps us prepared and available to the unknown spontaneity that art and creativity requires.

“Whoever uses the spirit that is in him creatively is an artist. To make living itself an art, that is the goal.” ― Henry Miller

Everything created must first be imagined. Dare to imagine a future you want to inhabit. The courage to speak. The courage to create. Dare to imagine a different narrative for a different future. As Mindful artist we have the ability to –

Reveal the World & Unearth what is.

In doing so, we can be set FREE, we can set others free.

HERE, NOW, in this space, all things are possible.

Rates are $75/hour for individuals, or $300 for 5 hours (pre-paid). Corporate and group rates depend on location, group size, etc. Please email for more information. To schedule an appointment, or for more information, please fill out the form above… If truly curious and want to know more, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can make something happen.
