It’s not about happiness
It’s about being in it and not running away.
It’s not about tips and tricks to alleviate it, it’s about the way to experience it fully and in turn know and understand it.
It’s not about happiness.
My two driving questions:
Who am I?
& why do I do what I do?
So maybe who I am doesn’t matter. Forget explaining, maybe knowing is less important than experiencing.
Who am I to them, to my lovers, my family, my friends?
Maybe I can learn, become who I truly am through what they know about me better and clearer than I can even begin to comprehend.
And maybe through this living fully, present and in the moment I can become part of the whole and maybe I can reveal why we humans do what we do?
