If you haven’t tried it yet – here are some good places to begin:
1) Sometimes it’s Okay if the only thing you did today was breathe
2) Which Style is right for you
3) Gazing into The Eyes of the Beloved
4) May all beings be happy and secure! May all being have happy minds!
5) Not thinking and being present are very different things. Don’t try and turn off your brain just simplify its focus to the thing you are doing right now – in this case: Reading… not reading and email and dishes and laundry and breakfast…
6) Less is More
