TRUTH about what we are, what we are not, what we need, what we don’t need, what are patters are, what we are and aren’t ready for – all this self work means nothing without our TRUTH. Without the ability to be honest with ourselves, about ourselves, with ourselves.
Here are 4 steps to uncovering the TRUTH:
Non-Resistance: In this truth seeking and honest answering of what is; we might see some stuff that’s not so pretty. Maybe we aren’t as perfect as we thought. Anything we resist, always persists. We have to remove the elf imposed screen of obstacles. We have to be willing to acknowledge Life’s truth – good and bad.
Emotional Awareness: How are my emotions shifting the truth? Emotions prompted by thoughts being held in our heads, thoughts which are often not serving us, most have no validity. How can I go back to one? How can I find a neutral ground from which to have this truthful conversation.
Thanksgiving & Appreciation: Gratitude is the ultimate form of presence. To be aware of all that is here right now, all that is here to serve my truth, to serve my highest peace. I must be able to Acknowledge life’s good right here and right now, in order to move forward. Practice being a perpetual generator of gratitude, even in the worst circumstances.
Thought Alignment: Alight with what is. What really is, not what you want it to be. Start with the now. Get clear about not what you are against, but what you are for. Energize what you want; invest mindfully in why it happens and act on why it’s not happening. Get clear – What do you want and why do you want it. Really get clear about the way things are and how you want them to be. What am I here for and what do I want?
Finally – My favorite – I guess can call it step 5 … I CAN & I WILL…. Repeat, I can and I will. Make a declaration that you can and you will succeed in your goal, in your wish. But also let go. Wash your hands and move on.
